Blommer Chocolate Company is a fully integrated chocolate manufacturer based in Chicago, Illinois, and is considered to be the largest and oldest independent cocoa bean processor in North America and largest chocolate ingredient supplier. Packaging design for their Asia market. The packaging will apply to three chocolate types, Disc, Drops, and Powder. we design a master bag and chocolate type labels. create three different graphics to represent the chocolate type and shape, so that the user can easy to identify the product types.
Blommer Chocolate Company were launching their first own products in Asian Market, eg. Mainland China, Hong Kong. In the packaging, we wanted to present a high quality and luxury to impress the new customers in Asia. The target customer is the confectionery and baking industries. eg. baking store, mini chocolate store.
Blommer have a different type of chocolate, the brand unity and its future development are our consideration. We created a master packaging and a sticker which it is more flexible to fit on. According to the chocolate shapes I’ve created three symbolic patterns, that represent the types, so the user can easliy to identify the product types, eg. Cocoa powder, Chocolate drops and Chocolate Disc.
